Delivery Guide and Costs
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday as a standard next day service on orders placed before the cutoff time of Midday. Saturday delivery is available in certain UK postcodes at an additional cost
Free UK Shipping
Please note that we offer free delivery for orders that contain £200 of goods to mainland UK addresses. Orders placed after midday will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday if ordered before midday or on the following Tuesday if placed after midday.
Free Shipping Outside UK
Free shipping only applies to orders that contain £200 of items , it does not include the shipping cost.
Free shipping will not apply if the value of items in your basket at the point of payment is less than £200 or equivalent in your local currency.

Please note that we offer next day delivery as standard for orders to mainland UK addresses if you place your order before midday. Orders placed after midday will be despatched the following working day.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescales shown in the above table. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
We aim to deliver within five working days to Northern Ireland and seven working days to the Highlands and Islands for all orders placed before midday.
During busy periods, please allow up to seven working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.
Track Your Order
You will receive an email and / or a text message with links that will allow you to track your parcel, change the delivery date or arrange with the courier to leave your item in a safe place if you will not be in when the courier tries to deliver to you.
International Deliveries
We now ship to over 45 countries worldwide. Please see chart for the flat shipping rate to each country. If you cannot see the country you require please call us for more information.
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by you. You will be given the opportunity to prepay these at the checkout if you prefer. Should you return any items to us, you also will be responsible for return shipping costs and any re-entry duty or customs charges incurred when the items re-enter the UK. Anna Scholz Ltd does not refund sending or returning shipping costs unless the items are faulty or not as ordered but does comply with the DSR [ Distance Selling Regulations ] under EU Law.

What if I need to return an item?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or the item is not suitable, you can return it to us within 21 days of the date of dispatch in its original, saleable condition with a completed returns note stating the reason for return.

When trying on an item, please ensure that it is kept free of marks or scents such as from food, perfume, cosmetics, deodorant and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been fully complied with.
There is a 'cut to keep ' tab on each of our garments and if any item is returned without the tag or the tag has been cut and tied back on we will not be able to make a refund for the item.
Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. It may require additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card account, but this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made that purchase and if there is a problem issuing a refund to your card, our customer service team will contact you.
What happens if I return my item after the 21 days?
If an item is returned outside the 21 day policy, you will be given a voucher code for the value of the item(s) purchased. This voucher can only be redeemed against another purchase via the annascholz website www.annascholz.com. No returns will be accepted after 45 days. After the 21 day returns period has expired , we cannot make a refund onto your credit/debit card for the item(s) returned, nor are we able to send the item(s) back to you, so please look closely at the dispatch date before returning your order.
Sale items or products purchased under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that we only exchange items if they are faulty or the incorrect item. If you do not wish to keep the item that has been ordered and would like to try a different size or a different item , please return the original item you purchased for a refund and then place an order for any new items.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost
To return an item
Please complete the enclosed returns note, and include it with the returned item(s) within 21 days of the dispatch date. In order to process your refund as quickly as possible, it is important that you write your name and order number on the returns note.
Please also note that returned items are your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. Goods are not insured for their value by annascholz Ltd whilst in transit to us.
We recommend that you use a delivery service most appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning. If you wish your returned item(s) to be insured, you must arrange and pay for this yourself when sending the item(s) back via a courier service or the post office. We strongly recommend that you obtain and keep safe a proof of posting.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS :
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless it is a faulty or an incorrect item.
Please follow the instructions below:
To return items if you are a customer outside of the UK, it is very important that you download an RMA form from our Returns Portal to create a returns request and download the returns label. The label will have all the correct information on it and is clearly marked as 'Returned Items ' If you do not use this form, you may be charged duty and taxes. Please only use the RMA to return items to avoid the possibility of being charged duty and taxes. Then follow steps 1 & 2 below
1. Repackage the product into the original packaging.
2. Take the parcel to your local postal service or use a delivery service most appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning. If you wish your returned item(s) to be insured, you must arrange and pay for this yourself when sending the item(s) back via a courier service or the post office. We strongly recommend that you obtain and keep safe a proof of posting.
If a Product is faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Services team to obtain a returns authorisation before returning faulty or damaged goods. We will refund the original delivery charge* and the cost of returning the goods via your local postal service up to a maximum of £12.50 per kg.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If you do not wish to keep the item that has been ordered and would like to try a different size or a different item , please return the original item you purchased for a refund ( following the instructions above) and then place an order for any new items. We do not pay for the return shipping on unwanted items and we do not pay for the shipping of any orders that are less than £150 ( or the equivalent in your local currency ) of full priced items.
*We will only refund the delivery charge if the complete order is faulty or damaged otherwise we will make a pro-rata payment.
Refunds for returns of items that Anna Scholz Ltd accepts are faulty or incorrect items will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs [ either the cost to send the items to you or the cost of return ] we are unable to refund any duty paid on the items returned to us that are either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise and it is your responsibility to pay any duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase. When returning items it is very important that you mark ' RETURNS ' on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do say may mean that the items are delayed in customs [ meaning that your refund will be delayed ] or that there will be an unnecessary duty charge that you will have to pay.
